Obviously the boy done good. I at that age also was left to watch over my brothers and sisters, Mom and Dad had to work to feed all of us. We all turned out alright, I think I grew up to be a little stronger and independant thn I might have otherwise. We also were able to afford food without depending on the gooberment. Was only a couple years later when I was allowed to take the Stevens out and help contribute to the table fare..

Kid-proofing your gun is a good idea, but gun-proofing your kid is even more important. The need for self-defense knows no age.
