That thought certainly crossed our minds after Mrs. Oldgringo's third (3rd) fingerprint rejection. BTW, her fourth (4th) fingerprint submittal (F.A.S.T.) was followed closely with letters to the Gov., Lt. Gov., state Senator and CHL Manager. Miraculously, she received her plastic immediately after her fourth (4) fingerprints AND the letters hit Austin and 160 days after her initial application submittal.
