What does review mean?

I talked to dps today, and was told my my app has gone to a Technician for review, And to call back in 2 weeks. she gave me no more info. Dous this mean I am getting close. Thanks for any info. Dan

exact same thing happened to me . they told me to call back in 2 weeks also .

4 days later my app was complete .

it means that something came up on your background.. in other words if you've ever been arrested in your life-regardless of the outcome or if you've had any tax issues, child support, student loans, etc... they have to clear it before you can be issued.

Thanks for the info. I just got my non-resident Pa license today. good for 5 years. so that is some good news. still waiting for Texas.
