Personally, I wouldn't buy a gun for anyone. If I was to consider giving a gun as a gift I would give the "soon to be happy person" a gift certificate and then have the fun of taking them shopping!

That is actually not a bad idea. Sounds like it would be fun too. I like going gun shopping, even if the gun isn't for me. :thumbs2:
