I was up in Grapevine a while back watching my friend's little sister's volleyball game because his mom made him go and I didn't want to leave him to suffer alone. One of his sister's teammates had an armband on that the ref said she had to remove, but her coach just couldn't break the little plastic band. He then asked if anyone had scissors or something, at which time I busted out my Gerber and handed it to him. He cut the armband and couldn't figure out how to close the knife, so he just handed it back to me. I folded it shut and clipped it back inside my pocket without thinking anything of it... only to be informed by my friend that 4 to 5 people had scooted further away from us. LOL.
