2 Houston-Area Residents Shoot Burglars, 1 fatally

Post by Aggie_engr »

From the chron w/video. Another no-no in my book, searching your own house while waiting for police to arrive. Could have turned out a lot worse for the home owner.

The owner was armed and wanted to clear out his residency. I would have done the same.

The autopsy should simply confirm that the burglar died of lead poisoning.

The neighbor's ready to rock and roll too - he admitted to having a .38 handgun
and a sawed off shotgun. Isn't having a sawed off shotgun illegal?

And he just admitted on news video that he had one!

As long as there is 18" or more of barrel it's fine... or so I've always been told.
