DO YOU LISTEN?

Post by shootthesheet »

I was wondering what gun related programs other forum members listen to or watch on T.V.? I listen to Jim Dark here: http://www.cnn1190.com/main.html" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; on Saturday between 3-4 PM. I also download the NRANEWS podcast http://nranews.com/#/news" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; as well as most of the podcasts from the Gun Rights Radio Network http://gunrightsradio.com/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; where I have found good information. I listen to Tom Gresham’s Gun Talk Radio Show podcast that can be found here: http://www.guntalk.com/site.php" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; . I like the podcast versions because I can listen while driving or doing other things and am not around a computer. I would like to learn of other shows and even read comments of what members here like and dislike about the shows.

I also listen to Guntalk, and watch Guns & Gear, Tom's TV show.

I watch firearms related things at http://www.worldtvpc.com once in a while or at individual sites.

If I wanted realistic I would just tape myself walking around all day and watch that.

Give me a little fantasy anytime.

I like listening to the radio. I listed to programs on the radio and the Internet. I prefer the radio broadcasts when watching a football game. I watch TV only for specfic things. like a football game or an educational program. I like talk radio better than the television news.

:)

FWIW I think the OP was asking about radio or TV programs related specifically to guns or gun issues. Is that correct? If so, then I have little more to add to this topic.

Guns & Gear? Never heard of it. Where do you watch it or what channel/network? I may not get it up here.

We don't have Comcast here in Arlington I think. We are on DirectTV, and USED to have the Versus channel and watched it alot, UNTIL DirectTV dropped it because they claimed Comcast raised the rates on them and that made them mad. :mad5

We are SERIOUSLY considering changing providers, even though we've been with DirectTV for 11 years now.

Thanks! :tiphat: You've given me more intel to discuss with wifey to justify jumping ship.

It's hosted by Tom Gresham, the same guy from Guntalk radio. It's on VersusHD.

I like How I Met Your Mother
House
The Big Bang Theory
2 1/2 Men
Castle
Sons Of Anarchy (samcro)
Numbers
Lie To Me
Rescue Me
Burn Notice
and of course, The Unit (when it's in season, same as 24)

I know there's a few I'm forgetting, but eh, that's enough, ain't it?
Gawd, I love DVR...
FWIW, IIRC, AFAIK, FTMP, IANAL. YMMV.

in regards to the guns and gear show, you can go to the website and see the individual segments that have already aired for free.
