Proud of my wife

Post by tboesche »

Well today was a great day for us. My wife, who has always been pretty neutral about my shooting and carrying is now a gun owner. She has fired a few of my guns over the years but has never really expressed a lot of intrest. :???:

She mentioned yesterday that if she had her own gun, she would go shooting with me and my daughters. Well..............
Today at the Fort Worth gun show, the first time she has ever been to a gun show, we picked up her first gun. :woohoo We walked out the door with a Taurus Ultralight with the pink grips, in .38 cal. We picked up a holster to be used in her center console that holds the gun in place. She will be carrying in her car. FOR NOW!

That is high point number 2. She has expressed an interest in getting her CHL. We are probably going to get a Utah for her since it is quicker, easier and faster.

Congrats to her tboesche ! Have her become a member here. We'd love to have her join in the jocularity.

What a great way to introduce your wife to the gun world...going to the gun show. Good choice of gun for her too! :tiphat:

It does not matter if its Pink, Purple or Yellow. Still dispenses lead pills to the bad guys.

tboesche:

Good work on keeping the bride happy with her own thoracic perforator!

Hope she likes shooting it.

If not, just switch out the pink grips for something manly and you've got
yourself a nice BUG.
