I filled out the form online, and have the rest of my documents. So, I mail in the finger prints, 3 Affidavits, ect, do I need to leave a note or something saying I filled the application out online, or will they just "know"?

DPS will send you an application packet, complete with an addressed envelope to mail back to them. You need to review the application form they send you VERY, VERY carefully for any mistakes, and correct them on that form. It will contain information you filled out on line. Your CHL instructor will also give you some forms in class that has to be mailed in with your application form, and affidavits, passport photos and fingerprint cards.
