Guys,
Cabela's was very cool about replacing the bad Taurus that they sold me, so I took the time to write a formal letter of praise, and I mailed a copy (each personally signed) to both Cabela's corporate and their Buda store. In response, I got a single line, form email. Is this the new world that we are living in? Email is good for exchanging information, but for real, serious, meaningful communication, it's useless. Am I the odd man out on this issue?

Re: GRRRR email!
I was just reading where companies are now using Skype to conduct job interviews instead of face to face. I guess we are moving into a more digital age for all communications, even if I prefer paper for important documents.

Some companies have even used such things as Second Life, creating virtual job fairs and doing virtual interviews.
