Traveling to Florida
Does Florida recognize the Texas CHL, I am traveling down and wanted to make sure I would be able to carry. Any information would be greatly appreciated.

Re: Traveling to Florida
Remember that Florida doesn't recognize nonresident licenses (except their own.) If you're a Texas resident with a Texas CHL you're good to go in Florida. However, if you're a non-Texan with a Texas CHL, there's no Florida reciprocity.

Yep. FL and TX have reciprocal agreements. A few notable differences in FL vs. TX.
I don't believe you can carry in the non-sterile area of an airport.
Can't carry in the 'bar' area of a restaurant.
They do not have any sort of binding 30.06 type sign.
Disney parks policy is that firearms are NOT allowed, though it's not illegal to carry there. They do search bags, so carry in your pocket or on your person. No fanny packs.
I don't believe you have to notify a LEO if stopped.
