Bottom line is you cannot tell from the TABC online database unless they have a FB in the license, which means food and beverage. You will see that explained in the thread above.
The best way to tell is to look at their license and see if it says SIGN=RED then they are a 51% business. if is says SIGN=BLUE then they are NOT a 51% establishment.

 Shouldn't they have to have the Red 51% sign at the entrance or the FEDERAL NOTICE licensed or unlicensed sign at the entrance?
