Hangun condition ratings

Post by ntexaschl »

Hi Forum,

I've a question. A handgun seller writes that the condition of his/her handgun is 95%. How is that figure reached? Is there a universal chart or guidelines or measuring/ratings system in existence somewhere? Or is it more of a subjective rating?

Thanks

Antiques sold
80% Liberal, 90% Democrat, 100% Responsible gun owner.

Although it is not true that all conservatives are stupid people, it is true that most stupid people are conservative. John Stuart Mill (1806-1873)
