380 Ammo Is Available

I'm surpised others places still don't have 380 ammo. I purchased a box at regular price in Abilene at Academy a couple of months ago. I called last night and though currently out, he said they get 10 cases at a time and it's trickling in. Weakly Watson in Brownwood has 50 FMJ Blazer for $21. I called Ft Worth's Cabelas and they have Buffalo Bore hollow points for $21.95. I called the Cabelas main catalog order and asked if they had it in stock at 1-800-237-4444, and she asked if I wanted 500 or 1,000! Ammunition to go has it in stock as well. So, if you can't find 380 locally, try mail order, it's out there. Don't pay the rip off prices that a lot of gun show dealers are asking. I know sometimes these websites show them in stock but they aren't...so I called to verify:

If anyone is near to the Brownwood area, I picked up a box of Winchested FMJ 380 today at Weakley Watson. Box of 100 for $49.99. They had a goodly number of boxes left, said they had gotten 4 cases of the 100 count. Don't know if they ship or not.

Well - they dang sure ain't sending any to San Antonio. That is a pretty healthy road trip for ammo, but I may just on the verge...
