Shotgun Input ...

Post by TraCoun »

I'd appreciate any input any of you would care to give me on a shotgun.
It is a Browning semi-auto, made in Belgium. 26" barrel, Special Steel, 12 gauge, chambered for 3", magun.
Don't know when it was made, but a family member bought it at a gun show about 10 years ago. It went duck hunting one time after that, and was not fired much then. His knees made it so he gave up the hunting since, and it hasn't been fired since.

Does anyone have any idea what it might be worth? :headscratch

Thanx,

Belgium Browning A5's are going anywhere from about $500 up depending on condition and year made. Overall well made and nice shotguns. See http://www.gunbroker.com/Auction/ViewIt ... =149037472" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; for one auction.

The first 1994(?) Browning Golds were 'made' in Belgium (assembled in Portugal). Does this gun have the 'hump' of the A-5? Here is the Browning model dating page http://www.browning.com/customerservice ... /index.asp.
