WOLF PRIMERS ???

Post by NORMAN »

Benn looking to re-supply on large pistol primers and came across some WOLF. Does anyone have any experience with them ?? I figured they would be good for the range.

I have been using Wolf small rifle primers for quite some time with no problems. I used to by pass them until I couldn't find anything else. Lately they have been looking good. I don't remember having used large pistol.

thanks,

I haven't had to use any yet, but I did see some results posted on another forum.

Velocities were just a smidgen lower than his regular primers but standard deviation was much lower.

I would certainly trade a few fps for better consistency.

I have read several reports on them & all have been good. One was from long range bench shooter. He had on problems w/ them so that did it for me. I will use them. I had a huge stash when this started so have not had to by any.

I've been using Wolf primers for a couple of years. Large Pistol, Small pistol, and Small rifle they all work quite well. I just bought another 5000 Wolf small pistol primers I like them so well.
