Delinquent Taxes and CHL Eligibility

In 2009, HB2730 repealed the requirement that an applicant for a CHL not be delinquent on school loans. This leaves child support and taxes as the only remaining money-related eligibility requirements.

I would like to talk to someone who has been denied a CHL based upon delinquent taxes. Alternatively, I would like to talk to someone who has not applied for a CHL because of delinquent taxes.
