TSRA Annual Meeting, Fed 26-28, 2010

Post by Crossfire »

Hey all! Just wanted to remind everyone that the date is getting close.

We just made our room reservations for the Crossfires at the Hampton Inn, and all TSRA rooms are already booked. We were able to upgrade to a suite, but don't wait too long!

Hope to see LOTS of Texas CHL Forum members there.

I'll be there...causing Charles and SRVA no end of trouble. ;-)

If the TSRA-blocked rooms are sold out, that's a VERY good thing for the association. It means we've met our hotel-booking commitment almost two months in advance.

And it bodes well for one of the largest TSRA Annual Meetings ever!

For those who may need lodging but didn't register at the Hampton Inn in time (though regular-rate rooms may still be available there; call to check), here are other options within three miles of the Mesquite Conference Center:

Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites, 21850 I-635
Comfort Inn, Mesquite, 923 Windbell Circle
La Quinta Inn & Suites, Mesquite, 118 E. Hwy 80
Super 8, Mesquite, 121 Grand Junction Blvd.
Days Inn, Mesquite, 140 Commerce Way

If you want to search online hotel sources, the address of the Mesquite Convention Center is 1700 Rodeo Dr, Mesquite, TX 75149.

Be there!

(It'll be warmer than this coming week. I promise.)

If anyone wants to help out, even if it is only for a couple of hours, let me know. So far we have had a great group of people step forward to help, but the more, the merrier...
