When your drummer doesn't show up on the farm

Post by Keith B »

Heard this on the radio yesterday, so had to check it out. Pretty hilarious, so thought I would share.

The tractor brings back memories of the ole 'Poppin' Johnny' John Deere my uncle had on his farm. I drove that thing all over the place when I worked on his farm as a kid during the summer.

Sounds like a full band to me.
After you listen for a while you forget the tractor is even there.

That's pretty darn funny. I emailed a link to the youtube page to all three of our worship team drummers and our worship pastor and his assistant asking them if they think we should audition this drummer for a spot in our rotation.

Looks a lot like the "corn binder" I drove as a kid. The farm I worked on had a little IH for light duty and a big JD for the heavy stuff. You could start the JD by spinning the big takeoff wheel hard enough.

They actually did a really good job with that. I'd call that music well beyond the norm for youtube bands.
