Is this the time to buy a new gun?

Post by Sidro »

Wife is gone to the remuda horse sale in Fort Worth. I know she is going to come home with a lot of Montana Silversmith jewelry. Should I run to my dealers place of business and buy that new R-25 7mm-08 or the Kimber Pro Eclipse Target II? Anyone have either of these? Any suggestions? Someone help me out I have firearm fever.

I call this primal urge "GAS" - I have two flavors of GAS - "Gun Acquisition Syndrome" and "Guitar Acquisition Syndrome." There is only one way to cure GAS, and it ain't Beano.

Go for it.

Ordered the Kimber Pro Target II and 2 spare mags, here maybe 2 weeks. $1310 ttl so not too bad of a price. Bought 500 rounds of ammo at Academy so i will be ready to go when it gets here. Still want the 7mm-08.

Give her the ugh's and awe's when she gets home and how she did such a great job as usual then at the end tell her what you did. She probably won't even hear that part! :thumbs2:

Anytime is the right time to buy a new gun.
Enjoy the Kimber.
