Rodeo Palms neighborhood

Does anyone know anything about this subdivision? The wife and I are looking into buying a house along the 288 & hwy 6 area. So far we have looked into Rodeo Palms and Sterling Lakes. Does any one know of any other communities in that area that they are building? Thanks.
