MLK Work Story

At work a Customer got SUPER upset we were open for MLK Day, checking her appointment History she had come in on Easter and 4th of July.... :shock:

I assume she came to your business to do business herself. So it is okay for her to do business on MLK day, but not you? I love people like that.

Surely you don't think that she thought MLK day should sorta' be like a free day...for her?

Surely you don't think she would have listened to logic anyway. If she would she wouldn't have been upset that you were open on MLK day.
