Letter to DPS

Post by FL450 »

I wrote this email to DPS after my wife just got her CHL approved after a record 21 days after they recieved her app. That is a great improvment over the 125 days it took me when I sent mine off on April.

"Wow, 21 days from recieving to approving
Just want to say great job, keep up the good work,
Thanks again I know you guys don't get much appreciation for the work you do but the folks at "texaschlforum.com" are noticing the quicker processing times and the good work everyone is doing.
Again thank you

This is the reply I recieved from the DPS, short and sweet.

"You're welcome. Thank you for the kind words. "
