T hanks for your input, I am ready for whatever she throws at me. she really likes the pt111 and she can handle the pt145 but she wants something a little smaller. We have alot of friends with guns and they said we can try them out to see what she likes. And talking about the program Compvest has did yall happen to be out there on saturday because as my wife was shooting i noticed an all girls class going on right next to her?
We were indeed out there Saturday morning with CompVest's program. It was co-ed on Saturday morning though...there were 2 guys in the class.

I'm not sure what was going on out there the rest of the day. We left around 1:00.

If the instructor was the one wearing the big brown hat, then it was us. It's a great program. I can probably recite all the basic instruction we get but I keep coming back. I try to get to CompVest's Program at least once a month and without fail, I continue to learn something new each time. If I miss her at PSC, then I drive over an hour to do it at Thunder.

Ill get my wife to join on here and maybe you can do some convincing and get her into the group. And it was the instructor wearing the hat.

I bought my wife a $2500 1911 and she prefers my Glock 17. Go figure. :rolll
Just let her pick and choose what she wants because it seems that we can never get it right choosing it for her.

Please encourage her to join! We need more ladies on here. In fact, I think that's somewhere in the mission statement that Charles posted for this forum....to encourage ladies and young 'uns to become knowledgeable about shooting. I look forward to meeting her either here or at CompVest's program.
