Thanks Joe817, the forum heading that says "now the clock has slowed to a crawl" is very true....oh well, for now I guess I'm relegated to walking around at home breaking in my new Supertuck for my XD40SC. Hopefully I'll see plastic in about a week or so.

A BIG congrats to both of you!!! Hope your wait is short, it can seem like an eternity waiting for it to come in the mail. Mine took 6 days (including the weekend) arrive after my status changed to complete.

That is fast. Hopefully a sign. Mine took 2 weeks to change.

I did find that the online laggs about 2 days behind what they tell you on the phone. My online changed yesterday.....while by phone I found out Thursday that my application was complete and active.

I have a question about pin number they give you. Do u recieve a pin if you don't sign up online for the packet? If so how do you get the pin number? Delievery confirmation told me my packet got there on 2-24-10.

Welcome to the forum Astro99

Yes, you will get a PIN # even if you don't do the on-line application.
A PIN # will automatically be mailed to you when DPS receives your application.
It could take a few weeks for it to get to you via mail, but you can E-Mail DPS to request a PIN.
