TSRA Meeting, show and dinner

Post by Chemist45 »

Mrs Chemist and I are on our way to Mesquite for the TSRA meeting.
We'll be at the dinner tonight and the show tomorrow and Sunday.
I haven't heard anything about a CHL table at the dinner, but I'll look for the usual suspects.
Hope to see you there!

The usual group will be there for the Friday night Foundation dinner as far as I know: me, Crossfire & Marty, Stevie & Dad, plus others that I haven't confirmed yet. As usual we have no reserved table, but whoever gets there first please try to commandeer a table for the group.

Looking forwrd to seeing you this year.

I stopped by the show today and got a chance to see a few familiar faces and to meet a few other forum members for the first time. We had a really great showing judging by the number of people that I saw from this forum over the few hours that I spent there.

I'm sure that I'll miss a few, but I remember getting a chance to talk with Keith B, Marty, Crossfire, tomc, The Annoyed Man, Chemist45, Greybeard, XDGal, stevie_d_64, Excaliber, SRVA, CompVest, and longtooth.

All in all a great day with some great people!

Ditto what KFP said, although Chemist45 scurried off before I could introduce myself. Dude, I was the old fart wearing a fishing vest.... ...oh wait, that descibes a bunch of us. "rlol"

Annoyed Man,
Sorry I missed you. I did want to shake your hand.
But as you said - The old fart wearing the fishing vest...... Really doesn't sepperate you from the crowd.

And for the record - I do not scurry.
I mosey, I race, I run, I walk, I trot, I meander, I might even skedadle, but I do not scurry!

We came this close to meeting. You were talking to LT, and I was waiting to talk to him, but then you got away before I could say hi. I'm the guy who had the white hair and the Col. Sanders mustache and goatee... Oh wait, that describes a bunch of us. "rlol" :smilelol5:
