Tr-100 number question

Post by texaspyro21 »

I was issued a Tr-100 that did not have the certificate number on, which was issued later on. Where all am I suppose to write this number in the packet? Also, is it suppose to be written in red? I also have an application number since I filed my packet out online. Where all am I suppose to write this number in the packet?

Thanks.

When were you issued a TR-100 number? They stopped using them last September and changed it to the CHL-100

You are not required to write the application number on anything, although it is recommended that you write it at the top right corner of any sheets that you submit (aside from the TR-100 and finger print cards). This way if someone at DPS drops your packet, it is easy for them to distinguish your sheets from another applicant.

I would not write anything in the certificate number spot on the TR-100. DPS use to issue these to instructors with the numbers, but then transitioned to not having any numbers, and ultimately to the CHL-100 that we are able to print off on our own.
