I am almost positive the zoo property is city owned, so they can't restrict carry there. I know Breckenridge Park is city owned and I believe the zoo is as well.

The Krag rifle is the Swiss watch of MILSURPS.

Saw no 30.06 signs during a recent visit. Very nice zoo. I'm going to get a yearly family membership because of both.

Be sure to ride the train while you are there! Just be aware that the zoo is really packed during spring break. It's best to go early (before 11am).

printed your discount coupon yet?
http://www.sazoo-aq.org/general/coupon.html" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

Website says non-profit org, no "rules" nor mention of firearms, 30.06 etc on website, I didn't check Bexar county tax records for land ownership

Thanks. I have a membership that we just renewed, but I had it lapse for about 6 months. Last time I was there CHL wasn't in the game plan, so I never looked or knew what to look for.

You can carry. Carried there just a few weeks ago. Didn't spot a 30.06.

Have fun!
