Toledo, OH: Two robbery attempts, Two employee wins!

Post by lancermit »

I'm at work right now, and don't have much time to elaborate on this story. But, two separate robbery attempts in Ohio in two days results with one wounded suspect and one DEAD suspect.

The store associate in the first robbery attempt had just recently acquired a gun and his CHL.

Yesterday's incident at Bengals Food Mart was the third in recent weeks in which a potential victim surprised a would-be assailant by firing back
Court records show that James(BG in the music store robbery) was convicted in March, 2001, of four counts of aggravated robbery and was sentenced to 10 years in prison.
And expanded article: http://toledoblade.com/article/20100315/NEWS02/3150325" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

Looks like the citizens of Toledo are fighting back and taking back their city from the BG's.
