How To Enclose Photos'?
My application packet came in yesterday. These new just plain paper sheets are differant then when i had one that expired in 2004.I see on the form where you fill in your name and sign in the block.Do you attach your photos or just include them in the packet in the passport photo booklet?

I took my class on Saturday
The photos, you put in a small envelope, seal it and write "Photos Enclosed" on it
Both were signed by both people as well

Same here. I applied online as well and asked the CHL instructor about it. He gave me a little envelope stamped "Passport Photos". I put them in there and signed it. And I enclosed the instruction sheet where you sign the box(form # CHL-6)Teamless wrote:I took my class on Saturday

Make SURE you put the 9 digit ID number ending in "L" on every piece of paper you send DPS. It's listed to the far right of your name & address on page 1(same page as your PIN is on).
