one kickback or more?

Post by quickerNu »

Ooops! I am a dufus! On my eligibility affidavit, on demonstrating my legal residence, instead of initialing at line a or b, I wrote "A" on the line. I will send it back corrected tomorrow. Would everything else be fine if they kicked it back to me for this, or is this just the first mistake they found? How long did I just add to my wait?

:smilelol5: The confusion is understandable.

quickerNu , I wouldn't worry too much about the added waiting time. Usually DPS will put you app on "hold" until they get back the required/corrected documents. Then your app should continue processing.

As far as them finding something else missing or wrong, it's my understanding that one of the first things they do is to check for missing info, illegible fingerprints, dark or grainy photos, ect. If you've sent back what they wanted, you should be good to go.

Good Luck ! ;-)
