I'm trying to find NASA in the constitution, can y'all help me with that? Once we get that settled, there are a couple of other things I'd like some help with; e.g., IRS, FBI, NISC, NSC, TVA, USACE, Barney Franks, POTUS' citizenship requirements, IRAQ, Nancy Pelosi, ad infinitum et nauseum.

IANACL; however, The Constitution is kinda' like the Bible, IMHO. We either accept it or we don't. We don't get to pick and choose which verses we like and which we don't.

IANACL; however, The Constitution is kinda' like the Bible, IMHO. We either accept it or we don't. We don't get to pick and choose which verses we like and which we don't.

Speaking only for myself, I believe all the Constitutional violations should be repealed.

In the meantime, it's reasonable to oppose additional unconstitutional laws even though many unconstitutional laws already exist, just as it's reasonable to try to prevent yourself and your family from being murdered even though many people have already been murdered throughout history.
