Wow dude - according to your previous posts since March 08 you have been pulled over (or been a passenger in a flagged vehicle) eight (8) times!!?? Last time I got a roadside interview was 1990... I wouldn't let you in my vehicle nor ride with you - bad juju!!!

No, only currently employed peace officers and retired officers who meet certain rules may carry a weapon without a CHL.stash wrote:Quick question - cannot a LEO who is between jobs and not affiliated with any dept. still carry on his peace officers license without a CHL?
