With a 51% sign over the stall.

It's OK with Concealed Carry Badge
And you must a have a "tactical windbreaker" with BEA (Bail Enforcement Agent) on the back.

I think I remember my instructor saying you're covered by the Castro Doctrine if you're smoking a Cohiba.

But, what if the porta-potty is on a trailer attached to your RV (which is your primary residence) and your wife (who has already filed for divorce but its not final yet) posts a 30-06 sign while your in the process?
Also, does it matter if your going number 1 or...
Whoops, never mind. Just found it in the penal code!

And what if you print? Is that "brandishing", which is a felony in Texas?
But don't worry, if you have to shoot someone through the door for trying to come in the porta-potty while you're "occupied", just drag him inside so you'll be legal.

I'm new to CHL and have been following this thread with interest. Thank you for posting. I had NO idea that porta-potties were covered by the Castle Law. That is very reassuring!

Very funny. As you well know, "brandishing" does not exist as an offense in the Texas Penal Code.chabouk wrote:And what if you print? Is that "brandishing", which is a felony in Texas?
Not trying to spoil your fun -- just trying to keep from confusing the new guys and gals any more than necessary.

Y'all know this all changes if the Post Office is inside a school with a courtroom attached.
