It is possible, and there are people that make them. See here (2/3rds of the way down) and here for examples. I'm not sure how well they actually work; a larger bore diameter is one of the factors that makes a gun harder to suppress.

I'm not aware of any US manufacturers or importers; for all the firearm freedom we have compared to the rest of the world, suppressor ownership is surprisingly restricted.

Why silence the shotgun, when you can silence the ammunition?

The most practical considerations for shotgun suppression would be the size of the chamber necessary to contain the gasses compared to the overall size of the gun. Slightly impractical to truly ridiculous would be my estimation.

Do you have any objections to your long gun being really long? If not, this could be your ticket.

I wouldn't mind a "little home" like that.

I recently stumbled across a few minutes of something featuring Gordon Ramsey stalking a deer for the dinner table (in the UK, of course). He was using a rifle, not shotgun, with a huge can on the end.

I had to leave before seeing whether the big red stag made it to the plate.

Suppressed shotgun from Red Stick. A little pricey.

I wonder how loud that would be with slugs and buckshot. It would be a hog killin machine!
