We've had a bad, bad shooting over here

Post by doc540 »

Every husband's worst nightmare.

My heart and prayers go out to the family.

My intention goes out to LE to catch the killer.

My prayers go out to her, and her family.

May the murderers of this young woman be brought to a swift and vengeful conclusion....with prejudice.

Prayers for the family on this tragic event. I cannot imagine what they are going through.

Will hope they catch whoever did this and they are strung up. :mad5

That's terrible. I hope they find the shooter quickly.

This appears to be a senseless and heinous murder perpetrated by thrill seekers. These perps, if caught, do not deserve justice; the survivors deserve revenge...in the Old Testament Biblical sense.

Very tragic. I'm heartbroken for the little girl. I'm thankful she has a loving family to take care of her.

Very sad, but even in sadness comes blessing. She was able to stop the car, and save her child.

That sticks with me because my wife died of a stroke while taking our grandchild back to her mother's house. She was able to pull off the road and into a parking lot before she passed. She saved our grandchild, too.

May God's blessing extend to all those touched by this horrible incident.

It's sad, but as a husband and father, I was irritated that her husband, father to the baby girl in the car, got only a token mention.

I hate melodramatic reporting.

With all due respect, and after all is said and done, what was so important about the diapers and the graduation gift that she had to go out, unescorted, on a Friday night in Beaumont? Couldn't these things have waited until the light of day?

EDITED: Too much levity in my post for such a somber subject.
