Need help identifying a pistol

Post by jbenat »

My cousin just called and said he had bought a pistol at a gun show. He doesn't know anything about it, he just bought it.

It's a semi auto, made in Germany, 32 cal. The writing on it is in German. My cousin's wife is German (born in the USA) and can read, speak, and write German. Written on the pistol is "DREYSE RHEINISCH" Which she says is a region of Germany. Also written on it is "METALLWAAREN * MASCHINE NFABRIK" Which she says is the name of a machine shop.
Sorry I have no picture, he called me and described it to me on the phone. Anyone know anything about this pistol?
Thank's for any help.

That was fast. Thank's for the help, my next step would have been to do a search but I got distracted.
