My wife told me to go buy the Kimber I want but I'm thinking i might want a Ruger LCP for ease of carry. I think I know the answer to this one but looking for opinions.
I want 'em both. Should I just save my quarters and buy the Ruger later? Decisions decisions............

How much were you planning on spending on the Kimber? You might could get a decent quality, no frills government model and an LCP for what you were planning on paying for the Kimber. I picked up a new Colt 1991A1 with the new style roll marks in blued for $700 about 6 months a go. I can live without a lot of the "upgrades" on government models these days. Plus, you can always have them done later.

Man, if my wife said "honey, go ahead and get that Kimber you wanted" I would feel really bad for anyone I ran over getting to the closest gun store!

Allow me to clarify my reasoning...
Get the Kimber now while your wife is in a good mood (if she's like my wife, that could change quickly
) then, later on down the road, purchasing the LCP will not only seem very practical but also inexpensive by comparison.

Happy b-Day AR. I already have 2 Glocks but the Kimber is just too beautiful to pass up.
