Notice that you never saw both of them in the same place at the same time... ...and then he supposedly died.

They moved the image. It was part of a series of images, taken at a press conference, where she's wearing an avocado green jacket. I googled but could not find the one I originally posted. However, here is one that was taken almost at the same time. In the original, her mouth was closed, and she looked just like the John Belushi picture:
