but I went to send in my check and could not find in all my paperwork who to make it out to. I hate to admit that but wasnt sure if it was the dps or if there was a specific wording that needed to be on the certified check. ( my bank is printing it on the check and needs the exact info)
and is it ok to write our Form # on the check as well as all other documents?
