Hi Ya'll, I sent off my package 9/18/06. Nothing at the online status in one month. What is typical for changing to "processing" status? Regards to all, Rod

Hey Skipper, I have no clue where to start now days in Cali. When I got mine, some yeahoo was taking pot shots through my kitchen window because I was "entertaining" his ex-wife. When I complained to the Sheriff's Dept., I asked him and the prosecuter "what can I do"? They both spoke at the same time and nearly drowned each other out with their reply.............."shoot him". That was followed by their question, "do you have a gun"? My affirmative answer was followed by the exclamation that I needed a "permit". The next day the detective walked me through the permit process and I walked out with the CCW (24 hour turn around ain't bad)
. That was 1968 and I still have my expired CCW for the year 1992. I hate to tell you, but as much as I love San Diego and the sailing down Baja to Ensenada and Cabo (Erikson 35, Ventura Isle Marina), things ain't gonna be the same there as they were in B-town in 1968.
