New kahr PM9

Post by texjames »

My new kahr PM 9 came in today i ordered from Buds Gun Shop.It went to the indoor range here and they transfered it
then i went to shooting it...about 100 rounds and not one malfunction. It sure shoots great. Its going to replace my LCP.
Kahr says to shoot 200 before putting into service so i have to go back in a few days.

The PM9's are nice handguns, once you master the trigger you will really like it. Compared to an LCP it will be like your shooting a Mercedes Benz.....

I have a couple guns in my carry rotation, but my PM-9 gets the majority of carry time. They are a great conceal carry choice. Now go over to the Crossbreed websight http://www.crossbreedholsters.com/IWB/t ... roductName" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; and get a Mini-super tuck for it..... Excellent combination in my humble opinion.

Congrats on a great handgun purchase. :iagree:

That is a heck of a good idea. The main thing is that you already knew about the mini-tuck. I have one for my PM-9 and have been thinking I might buy another for my P380. I mostly use the 380 for pocket carry so I haven't pulled the trigger yet. That material seems real pliable if heat up enough. I bet it works.

I have the full stainless version (MK9) and love it. I have LOTS of rounds through mine, and it is a dream to shoot for what it is.

I like that it is easily concealable, but has decent stopping power

I carry mine with the Horniday Critical Defense rounds. I put 50 rounds of that (way too expensive to do on a regular basis) and they fed perfectly.

Enjoy...the slide gets better after 300 rounds or so. It is super tight at the begining tho.

I am going to shoot my newest purchase tomorrow, but I just might put a few rounds through the Kahr for fun.

I see that you have one of the new design. I like the bevel on the front of the slide. Now all you need is an A-Grip from Brooks Tactical.

I got one recently
I lubed mine up and cycled the action 150 times
then went and shot it, zero issues with it or the CW45
