I was doing some preliminary planning for a road trip out to VA to visit my little brother.
As part of the pre-planning I went to one of those sites that send you a handout for each state and a map with a legend for reciprocity. After looking at the LA, MS, AL, GA, SC, NC and VA "packages" I threw the whole thing away in disgust.
As I looked at each state package, I noticed that they all had the same generic highly generalized verbiage and that the state map reciprocity legend would change with each package!
I have looked at a few more this morning on different sites and am confused as it looks like MS and SC might have special provisions that I need to look closer at.
Anyone able to point me at a reputable site that summarizes and bypasses all the legalese that I would never be able to understand in the first place?
Thanks in advance.

Here's one more for good measure:
