North Texas Gun Club Shows Any Good?

Post by Napier »

Never been, myself, but I could hike to the one in Allen next week. Anyone ever been to one of their venues? Thanks for your opinions.

The huge Dallas Market Hall gun show is put on by the Dallas Arms Collectors Association and IMO, one of the best if not THE best gun shows in all of North Texas. The are the largest gun show with 1,500 tables.

Next to the Original Ft.Worth Gun Show, the Market Hall show is my favorite. ;-)

I have been to mesquite show couple time and that place a run down place. I am very excited to know that the gun show came to Allen's brand new arena/center. I will give it a try not sure if I can find something that Iike at a price less than gunbroker or walmart.

Thanks, guys. The wife dragged me to the Allen center some months back for a home and garden show, so now it's payback time. If I get there I'll report back.

Try not to get too excited. The home and garden show the wife dragged me to was a total rip for the eight buck entry fee. It was so awful I got away with saying "We're never coming back!"The way it works is that you enter on one end of the center and you wind all the way around it past cheesy vendors selling juju beads and mood crystals and corny dogs. THEN you get to get into the main floor. I have never taken my wife to a gun show (she's a second) because I was afeard she would be grossed out by the weirdos there (at least that's who comes to Market Hall, Zombie Apocalyptos), and think I was like them (in fact I am). So we'll see. Is Allen New New Age? I think they are.
