The well immediately stopped spewing oil and apologized to Mr. Norris, knowing full well that a single shot fired underwater from a factory-equipped Glock, would have ended its very existence.

And notice there are no smilies at the end of this story. Chuck Norris does not like smilies.
Ahem!! As Cordell Walker, Texas Ranger, Chuck carried a 1911 in what appeared to be a Yaqui slide.
That's because Chuck Norris is the greatest actor of all time. No other actor could have possibly pulled off that role believably with such a subpar handgun.

Chuck Norris without a Glock is still Chuck Norris.

A Glock without Chuck Norris is still a Glock.

Together they are the most unstoppable power in the universe.

OK, I gotta knock this off, I've taken the thread WAY off topic (It's all TAM's fault! :bigmouth :biggrinjester: ) and need to get back to work ...

I have had several Glocks. As much as i like the simplicity and track record they just dont fit my hands well. The larger frames like the G21 are not bad. Im more of an HK guy. But the G26 is a nice little gun!

Congrats on a long search ended!.........teehee, NEXT is the Bushie. No one has ever debated whether a Glock will work or not, just whether you can get your hand around it and on the trigger. We need a video now, WilliamKevin.

TLynn since you have drifted toward the DarkSide please give us a report on it's plus and minus side if you don't mind. WilliamKevin your opinion would also be appreciated.

I really like the Baby Glock. And that's coming from a skeptic turned fan. I was already a "plastic pistol shooter" but I had resisted Glocks. I find that it's size is both a plus and a minus but that's kind of situational. I was looking for a firearm with more carry possibilities, in the purse, IWB, etc than I had with my compact and this one fits the bill. It appears to be a full inch shorter from hammer to slide than my USP Compact but the big difference is in the width from the top of the slide to the bottom of the grip. If I use the standard mags, I can fit it in more places with less chance of printing...BUT, you're giving up grip space. The good thing is, I can use the extended mag, which gives a nice place for that pinky finger to grasp. The recoil was negligible, about the same as either of my USPs. A huge positive is that it is AMAZINGLY accurate for a small gun. williamkevin and I couldn't stop saying "wow" when we took it to the range. I had one failure to feed, but I think it was my fault. It happened during the first or second magazine through while I was still getting a feel for it and it's likely that I limp wristed it a bit. Right now, the slide release is REALLY tough, but I'm hoping that will wear a bit and get easier. The reason I picked the Glock over the Sig is the way it felt. The Sig felt top heavy (or slide heavy) when I held it, while the Glock felt more balanced (of course, I realize that probably has nothing to do with how it shoots, that's just a personal preference.)

I'll let williamkevin weigh in with his own opinion, but I will say...and you didn't hear this from me ;-) ...he's thinking about trading in his CZ and his M&P 9 on a Glock. I think that's a pretty strong testimony.
