Hello everyone ... THANKS FOR ALL THE HELP!!!
I went to the range today and validated that I was 'heeling'. A stronger grip with my left hand and easing up on the death grip I had with my right hand (I'm right handed) + a 'fingerprint' trigger pull solved the issue of my 38 special airweight shooting high and to the right. From 3 and 7 yards I'm now getting a 4" inch radius pattern centered on the bull-eye. The shots are randomly distributed about the bulls-eye as I would expect.
