New IDPA rules, ESR cylinder latch

With the change in IDPA rules this summer does anyone know if this latch is legal?

It wasn't legal under the old rules and is not legal under the recent change.

Steve, do you happen to know the dimensions of the latch? I want to know how much over .25 inches it actually is.

It is about 3/8 of an inch. You need to use the "old style" SDM latch on an IDPA gun.
