Well, I'm not shocked or surprised in the least. Using her office and history of contributing to the potential funding entities' sector, to secure a donation, is just wrong, and if I read correctly illegal. It just shows you the type of people we have elected to run out country. One more reason to vote, if you ask me! :tiphat:

Let's see how Obama-Holder's apolitical justice department handles this one.

I figure if clear video of voter intimidation in Philadelphia was insufficient evidence to support a case that had already been won, a mere audio recording for a new case probably won't make the grade either.

The Founders who wrote the Constitution wrote it based on the default settings of fallen man in order to try and counteract and protect the country and its citizens. What the Founders didnt count on were the children of the 60's (the boomers) and their children (the xgeners) running the country.

If they had any inclination of what was to come they would have written the 2nd ammendment as the following for example: "Every breathing entity of the homosapien species living in the geographical boundaries of the United States may posses a firearm made of metal, plastic, wood or any substance contrived from planet earth, that contains its mulitiple parts, to include cartridges containing black powder that is highly explosive that will project a unit of lead or any other metallic property that obtains premium ballistics regardless of environmental impact at a high rate of speed with no maximum limit on fps for hunting, fun, or self protection on their person, on their horse, in their car, truck, space ship, or alien landing craft at anytime or any location from now until Jesus comes back and burns the place down"

And I am sure even that would be argued by some attorney in the times we live in today.
