same I love how easy it is to find .40, I end up buying a box every time im in a walmart anyway though

My wal-mart is over stocked with ammo, I reload most of my own so dont buy that much anyway, but I check 2x a week for a SALE of some sort becuse they simply have a TON and no one is buying it like they were last year.

I never go into Wal-Mart that I don't walk past the ammo cases. For almost 6 months, several of the Wal-Marts in our area had 15-20 empty places with a "Warehouse Out of Stock" sign on them. They only recently started filling in some of those spots.

I bought the last 4 boxes of the Federal 9mm that the store near me had just before PSC day. Before, they had a ton of that when they didn't have much else. Whatever short supply is going on, it isn't over yet.

It must be an "area" thing. My Wally World has been fully stocked for a while now.
There's even several boxes of the elusive WWB .380 that have been sitting untouched for several days.

The weird part is that I still have the urge to buy .380 when I see it ...and I don't even carry a .380 anymore. :???:

All of the different Walmarts I've been to in the last two or three weeks, I decided to stroll past the sporting goods section to do an ammo check. They are fully stocked on everything plus the Tula stuff. There was an exception to one Walmart, which had a bare spot on their ammo shelf, not that they "ran out" of anything because all of the popular calibers were there, but I think they had sold all of the 9mm or .40 in that section of the shelf.

I saw the WWB 100 round boxes of .380 too and had a sudden urge to buy them as well and I've never even owned a .380.
