Surefire customer service

Post by dcphoto »

All I can say is: Wow... :tiphat:

Talk about awesome customer service.

I've been having a problem with my Surefire E2D LED Defender. The light won't stay in the bright mode when I click on the tail cap. I called Surefire and they (without hesitation) said they would send a new tail cap. They didn't ask when or where I bought it, just asked for my shipping address so they could get it out.

Awesome customer service.
